Deleting everything

Open Settings and use Delete account. This removes your profile, posts, topics, ideas, scheduled posts, suggestions and every platform connection immediately and irreversibly. Encrypted backups roll off within 7 days.

Deleting one platform's data

If you only want to remove data from a single platform, open Connectionsand disconnect it. For YouTube and Instagram this deletes the access tokens and every post we synced from that platform. For LinkedIn it revokes publishing access while keeping the history you imported yourself, which came from your own export rather than from LinkedIn's API.

Requesting deletion through Instagram

You can also request deletion from Instagram directly, in Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta notifies us, and we delete the connection and all associated Instagram data automatically.

Requesting deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@createthrough.com from the address on the account. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
